THE WORK I'M BUILDING

For more than a decade, I’ve worked with professionals and leadership teams to help them build confidence, strengthen their voice, and take ownership of their careers.

Many of the women I work with are high performers who look successful on paper — but internally feel stuck, disillusioned, or unsure how to move forward.

Through leadership programs, workshops, and coaching, I help them reconnect with their confidence and start leading their careers intentionally — instead of waiting for permission.

Because your career was never meant to be your identity — it was meant to support your life.

WHY THIS NEXT PHASE MATTERS

Over the last few years, this work has become deeply personal to me. I'm proud that I have the honor of helping professional women in the corporate world reclaim their power.

 

Too many incredibly capable women are operating from a place of:

  • fear 
  • burnout
  • disillusionment
  • waiting for someone else to validate their next step

 

This next phase of my business is about scaling this work so more women can move from:

  • scared → STRONG
  • uncertain → CONFIDENT
  • reactive → intentional IN CONTROL of a career that supports the LIFE they want

Because when women lead their careers with confidence, everything changes — not just for them, but for the teams, families, and organizations around them.

This next phase of my work is about giving professional women both the permission and the practical tools to build careers that support their lives — not slowly drain the energy out of them.

  • Re-engage my audience by reintroducing my message and build momentum using a 30-day content series (Linked In + email + video)
  • Launch the beta of Rise Above the Noise Program with its first cohort (target: 10 - 12 women) while gathering testimonials, refining the marketing message and preparing for future launches 
  • Expand speaking opportunities by building keynote presence, securing podcast & speaking opporutnities, and leveragin those to generate leads into my ecosystem
  • Continue delivering for existing clients which includeLNPCA, Women of AT&T, & current coaching engagement as well as strenghening relationships & expanding opportunities

This is a short-term, relationship-based investment to support the next phase of my business.

• The full amount is repaid within 12 months
